How do I get help?
We recommend you initially try using self-help for your LeapFrog product first. If you can't find a solution to the problem, reach out to us on support.

What payment method can I use?
With our online store, you can pay using a credit card or Pay Pal.

How can I register for warranty?
If you purchase your product from our Singapore website (leapfrog.com.sg), there is no need to register for the warranty and you automatically get an additional 3 months warranty period for free.
If you purchase your Leapfrog product from other retailers or marketplace (like Robinsons, Takashimaya, Kiddy Palace, Lazada, Qoo10 and etc), please submit for product registration using our form.
Where can I speak to customer service?
You can speak to our customer service/support at +65 62502365 during office hour (Mon - Fri, 9 am to 6 pm).
Outside of office hour, feel free to email us at support@leapfrog.com.sg and our customer service would get back to you as soon as they're back in the office.
Where do I go for a refund?
If you want to refund, do reach out to us via email at support@leapfrog.com.sg. Our customer support should get back to you within 1-2 working days.
Please provide your phone number, product name and purchase information such as date of purchase, invoice number, purchase price and where you purchase it from.
It would also be helpful if you could provide us with brief information on why you want a refund (Optional).
